How long will it take to make my costume?
Process Time for each costume take about 7-14 days to make. We do not start construction of any costume until confirmation has been received by the payment.Complicated or large orders may take longer. Occasionally we may be able to deliver faster, please contact us, If we can possibly help we will!

What are they made from?
We use a variety of materials for fabrication, including high density foam, Vacuum formed plastic, Latex, Lycra, synthetic fur, Vinyl and etc...
Different styles will suggest different approaches.

Do you have costumes “in Stock” for Rent?
We do not rent out any costumes and we do not keep stock for immediate sale. Everything is designed and made to measure just for you.

What size are the costumes?
All items are custom-made and Handmade, please send us your measurements when you place your order.

How can I store them?
A carry bag can be provided upon request and we suggest the costumes are stored in these for protection while not in use. Costume should not be squashed or stored with other objects on top. If mistreated they will distort out of shape or even break.

Can the costume be washed?
We would suggest Vinyl and foam/latex costumes may be wiped down with warm soapy water, but do not use harsh solvents which may damage the prints or paint finish. Fabric items such as T-shirts and lycra leggings may be gently handwashed in soapy water.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally! All shipping options includes tracking number. International Shipping take around 5-7 working days. However sometimes it may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. We don't held responsible for delays caused by carriers or unexpected situations that are outside of our control. We also cannot be held responsible for grammatical error in addresses, should this happen, we will do our best to help you arrange for re-delivery.

Can I ask for refund or return my item to your store?
All costumes are build from scratch and custom-made according buyer specifications. We do not offer return or cash refund for custom or custom fitting orders.

We accept Return if the costume you received is damaged or faulty, we will rectify them for you. However, we are unable to cover any shipping costs incurred. All claims must be received within 48 hours of receiving the costume.

Is my shipment insured?
Insurance is NOT included on any of my orders.If you wish to have your item insured you will need to pay the extra ins. amount when paying for item, as D'costume will not be held responsible for any lost stolen or damaged packages once shipped.
